Professional Service 
Micron has been selling and servicing business equipment for over 35 years. We provide printer repair and maintenance for all HP, OKI, Lexmark and Canon printers and fax machines. Our technicians specialize in rapid on site service and can typically make same day calls. Our Preventative Maintenance pland and low cost service agreements can save you a great deal of printer down time and expense. We also make local toner deliveries and pick up spent supplies for recycling at no extra charge.

Sorry, we do not have a Customer Service Department. It just didn’t seem fair to ask a group of our team to be accountable for the actions of the rest of the team. Every member of Micron is a customer service agent. We work hard to repair your equipment quickly and effectively, usually in one visit. If you every have to call for further assistance we promise you will be treated like our only client until the matter is resolved.
Printer Parts
Yes, we fix printers, but we also help our clients find the parts they need to fix their own printers. We sell original, generic and recycled parts and consumables for most laser printers. Our technicians will help you find the part that is right for you at a price that makes the repair worth while.
Laser Toner Supplies
Micron’s compatible laser toner cartridges cannot be compared to any remanufactured toner cartridges you may have used recently. Our lab disassembles each cartridge by hand, cleans out all of the old toner and replaces all of the consumable parts. Each cartridge is then tested before carefully being packed for delivery or shipping. A replacement guarantee comes with every cartridge.

Green Philosophy
At Micron, we are committed to helping our clients comply with their environmental management standards. Although we produce many of our products in real time we order parts locally whenever possible and in bulk so as to minimize transportation impact. All of our cartridges are 
packaged in boxes made from recycled materials.
We reuse computer and printer parts as a means of reducing landfill refuse and are often able to rebuild old equipment for resale or donation.
